Job Responsibilities.

Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and materials
Organize and store items in designated areas with proper labeling
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain issue records
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess items to management
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse at all times
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely stock movement
Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound goods

Requirments.

Minimum education: Intermediate or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management is preferred
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software)
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks when needed
Honest, responsible, and reliable
Good communication and coordination skills
Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (if applicable)
